T-Project, a high rise located in Tokyo, Japan, earned the maximum number of points for EA C1 (10) under LEED NC 2.2. Karpman Consulting performed energy analysis for the project. Modeled technologies included double bundle heat recovery chiller, district cooling, under floor air distribution, automated blinds, energy management system, and daylighting control.
